Andluca Wins Outstanding Tech Team Award from TechRochester

This week, Andluca received the Outstanding Tech Team award at the 2023 TechRochester GREAT Awards. This award highlights Andluca’s commitment to innovation and building a team that embodies growth and stewardship.

The Greater Rochester Excellence and Achievements in Technology (GREAT) Awards celebrate the entrepreneurial spirit, technological achievements and outstanding talent in the Finger Lakes region. For more than a decade, TechRochester’s GREAT Awards has “brought us together as a community, highlighting what’s important to us and sharing our vision for the future.” The Outstanding Tech Team Award “seeks to honor and celebrate the remarkable achievements of teams that have showcased exceptional tech-based innovation and fostered an outstanding work environment while doing so.” The awarding company will have “implemented groundbreaking ideas, processes, or products that have had a significant impact on their industry or the broader technological landscape.” The judging criteria for this accolade are based on five pillars: Technological Excellence, Innovation and Creativity, Agility and Resilience, Employee Engagement and Development, and Impact and Results.
